I recently came across an interesting app that allows you to test your hearing - Mimi Hearing Test App. It currently works with a small number of headphones, but if you have a supported model I would recommend trying it out.
The app works great on my iPhone 15 and AirPods. It even syncs the results nicely with Apple Health.
The app runs a guided hearing test using different frequencies. Just listen to the sounds and click a button when you can no longer hear them.
Of course, the app is no substitute for a real doctor, but since it’s free, it’s worth a try.
