I know it’s not a new game, but this is a good one if you are looking for a strategy game without microtransactions.
Bad North is a real-time strategy game where you control one or more groups of soldiers to defend an island from Viking invaders. Move your army around the island, and they will automatically attack. Upgrade your soldiers and unlock new ones, each with different strengths and weaknesses. Use different tactics to win each battle and defend new islands, each with its own unique challenges.
The graphics are simple but effective, and the game is challenging and fun. I highly recommend Bad North to any fan of real-time strategy games.
